About Us

 If you want to read these lines, you will understand a little more about us and what we mean by travel.

We come from a thirty-year experience in the restaurant industry. After managing two pizzeria restaurants in Salice Terme and one in the Tortona hills, La Locanda dei Vigneti, we decided to move to Monferrato, our place of origin.

How CORTE dei SAPORI was born

Loving travels, Italy and its inimitable products, we decided to offer menus that are a pleasant journey through the sinuous hills of Monferrato, the fresh and impressive Ligurian Apennines and the sea that surrounds all of our beautiful Italy.

Our beautiful country offers a panorama of artistic beauties unique in the world.

The same applies to our Salami and Cheeses.

We look for details, with the flavors of the past, we put them on the list then we change them with others and again ... continuously.

We combine them with spices, salty creams, fruit compotes, fresh or dried fruits made of vegetables, whether fresh or seasoned.

Our use of the catch of the day favors a constant replacement of the type of products that the sea offers, always guaranteeing a high quality of the same.

 The meat finds the right space with predominantly Piedmontese origin, it is offered both raw and cooked.

The fresh and aromatic flavors of seasonal vegetables meet the Mediterranean fragrances, creating a sometimes surprising, sometimes unexpected, but never banal, partnership, no less important than the main courses.

The history of Italian white art has led us to reevaluate old, not ancient, but old recipes of desserts and sweets that tickle the palate and give birth to a smile on the face of the traveler.

The selection of the winery, deliberately contained, on a dozen or so labels, is mainly linked to the territory with exceptions due to the personal palate of the writer.

PIZZA

We do it this way: water flour, yeast, olive oil and salt.

Wood cooked and we use San Marzano peeled tomatoes and cow's milk mozzarella.

Everything else is like football, each of us is rooting for our team.

Here it is, this is the journey that we would like to propose to the Court of Flavors, making it pleasant and why not, if you liked it, repeatable.
